Our goal is to give you more time in your day and peace of mind. Drawing on the vast variety of backgrounds and experience on our team, we are able to share strategies and tactics to help our clients run their operations more efficiently by reducing costs and increasing growth.

Our Team

Michael Levy, CB

CEO & Co-Founder

Michael worked for several start-ups and small businesses before launching his 10-year career in Corporate Accounting. As a Staff Accountant, Michael experienced firsthand how basic data entry could be translated into sophisticated financial information. This knowledge allowed management to ultimately make wiser choices leading the companies to become more successful. It was through this experience that Michael felt compelled to share his knowledge and help entrepreneurs achieve the same levels of success. Michael is a problem-solver and has a talent for coaching entrepreneurs. He seeks to empower his clients with the knowledge, tools, and resources they need to conquer the challenges, both expected and unexpected, that they inevitably face.

Mindy Levy

COO & Co-Founder

Originally from the Westside of Los Angeles, Mindy began her career in entertainment accounting. Over time she found herself working with entrepreneurs and small business owners in multiple industries. These experiences have cultivated in her a talent for workflow efficiencies and organizational motivation. She is an App Marketplace specialist and enjoys helping clients find the right apps to increase productivity.

Katelyn Prichard


Katelyn graduated with a Bachelor's in Accounting from Western Michigan University and is continuing on to the Master's program in Accounting. She does a wonderful job supporting our clients as a Bookkeeper. She is an expert in Xero and navigates through integrated apps like a pro. She always has a great attitude and is an absolute joy to work with.

Cassie Shaw

Accounting Technologist

Prior to her start with Bean Counter 4 Hire, Cassie has a 15 year career in Corporate Accounting for the Retail Industry. She joined our team looking for something different that gave her the opportunity to work remotely and share her passion to support small businesses. She is a fantastic accountant and skilled in higher level budgeting and forecasting.
